Our client is seeking an experienced Manager, Group Reporting & FP&A to lead Group financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and management reporting activities. This is an individual contributor role, ideal for a hands-on finance professional who enjoys partnering with business stakeholders and driving financial performance without direct people management responsibilities.
The successful candidate will collaborate closely with business units and senior stakeholders to deliver accurate financial reporting, provide strategic financial insights, and continuously improve reporting processes across the Group.
Prepare and deliver timely and accurate Group financial reports, including SGX regulatory submissions and external financial disclosures.
Review quarterly financial announcements, annual reports, segment reporting, and management reports.
Ensure compliance with IFRS, corporate accounting policies, and regulatory reporting requirements.
Identify reporting gaps and implement improvements to reporting processes, controls, and data quality.
Lead the preparation and consolidation of quarterly Group forecasts.
Perform detailed financial analysis by comparing actual performance against budgets, forecasts, and historical trends.
Partner with business units to understand key financial drivers, business performance, and operational variances.
Provide meaningful financial insights and recommendations to support strategic business decisions.
Prepare quarterly Audit Committee materials and financial reporting packs.
Support and coordinate the annual budgeting process across the Group.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to validate financial assumptions and key business drivers.
Prepare Board-level financial reports, presentations, and supporting analysis.
Build strong relationships with business leaders to provide financial guidance and decision support.
Develop and maintain management dashboards, KPIs, and financial performance reporting tools.
Provide ad hoc financial analysis and business insights to senior management.
Participate in cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives.
Drive continuous improvements in financial reporting, planning processes, and operational efficiency.
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or an equivalent professional qualification.
3–5 years of relevant experience in Group Reporting, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), or Corporate Finance.
Demonstrated strong FP&A experience is essential, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and management reporting.
Strong knowledge of IFRS and Group financial reporting. Experience with SGX-listed reporting requirements will be an added advantage.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning or similar financial planning and reporting systems is preferred.
Strong analytical, financial modelling, and problem-solving skills with solid business acumen.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior business leaders.
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering accurate work within tight deadlines.
Hands-on, proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
