Preparing for a job interview?

Here are some helpful tips:Interviews are opportunities for you to know the employer and for the employer to get to know you.

• Research the role and the organisation

• Print an extra copy of your résumé.

• Run through your experience, skills and interests; and how it can fit the job and the organisation

• Anticipate questions you might be asked, then prepare answers to these questions; rehearse in front of a mirror. Refer to Interviewing Techniques 

• Prepare questions that you would want to ask the employer
