Project Manager - Cybersecurity

Introduction

Our client is seeking a proactive and organized Project Manager to lead and coordinate projects from initiation through successful completion. This role is ideal for candidates with strong project delivery, stakeholder management, and coordination experience, particularly within IT, infrastructure, cybersecurity, or technology-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects from planning through execution and delivery

• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables

• Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders

• Monitor project progress and proactively manage risks and issues

• Conduct regular project meetings and provide project status updates

• Manage project schedules, resources, and documentation

• Ensure projects are delivered within scope, timeline, budget, and quality expectations

• Support project governance, reporting, and compliance requirements

• Manage project changes and ensure proper communication across stakeholders

• Drive continuous improvement within project management processes and practices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field

• Experience in Project Management, Project Coordination, PMO, or related roles

• Exposure to project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively

• Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or Microsoft Project is an advantage

• Candidates with infrastructure, cybersecurity, or IT project experience are encouraged to apply

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certification would be an added advantage

• Experience managing cross-functional teams and vendor coordination

• Exposure to enterprise or corporate project environments
