Interviewing Between the Lines
This training module is designed to help hiring managers recognize the importance of reading between the lines when interviewing candidates. It prepares them to conduct interviews that are effective in generating information about candidate's past performance and skills.
Hiring managers will learn to recognize talent, and knowing how to identify one effectively by:
Utilizing behavioral interviewing techniques;
Using customized assessment and selection tools in completing the interviewing process.
